User profiles must be purchased to analyze Firstbeat Sports data when using the Firstbeat Sports app or Firstbeat Sports Monitor.
Quantity of user profiles purchased should reflect how many athletes you wish to collect and analyze data for. One user profile = One athlete. Price of subscription is based on number of user profiles purchased and length of subscription.
- Each athlete can be measured an unlimited number of times during the subscription period using Firstbeat Sports Hardware, purchased separately*.
- The coach (admin) creates the user profiles once subscription is purchased and can choose to create User IDs for the athletes for easy data collection and analysis.
- Coach access is free as part of the subscription purchase so does not need to be factored into the number of User Profiles being purchased. The coach can create an unlimited number of personal User IDs for other coaches as per conditions set out in the General Terms.
